Returns Policy

Gear Shop - Athabasca Filters

Subject to the following conditions outlined here, if you change your mind about a purchase we are happy to provide a refund for the value of the goods only:

We can only accept unopened (this means with the plastic wrapping intact) and undamaged returns.  We cannot provide a refund for the product if it is damaged in transit, when you return the product back to us. Hence, we suggest you package the items being returned securely and send your returned parcel so that it can be tracked by you and us. We are unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges for change of mind purchases.

Returns must be received within 21 Days from the date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges are NON refundable. 

You will be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 working days for the returns to be processed.

Gear Shop - Tenba Backpacks

Print Shop - Print Only, Framed Prints and Canvas

No refunds or exchanges are available on purchases from the print shop.

Colours will/can vary between phone screens, computer monitors (they are what we call ‘back lit’) and show differently to the actual print. All prints are edited on professional colour calibrated screens and printed on quality materials that in the right conditions will last for 30 plus years.

Frames on ‘framed prints’ and ‘stretcher bars on canvas’ are timber. They are not plastic wrapped over MDF, yes some photographers do that.

Framed prints come with a 3mm acrylic rather than glass, we do this for two reasons.

One: It is safer in your house, if by chance it ever falls.

Two: It reduces the chance of breakage when shipping.

If by chance your print, framed print or canvas turns up damaged, please contact us on the below email, please attach photos of the damage. A replacement will be sent.

How do I Arrange a Return and a Refund ?

You can request a refund if:

• Goods are not received within 30 working days (Western Australia & Far North Queensland, 40 working days) from payment of the order.

• In the very unusual case of a defective product, please contact us in the first instance.
